We will start the day with a gentle Qi Gong clearing and cleansing practice, to help ground and steady the body and mind in preparation for our yoga practice. The Yoga practice will include opening up the shoulders / hips/ spine through focused breath work and the support of gravity. There will be a light lunch. A mindfulness walk after lunch. Pranayama breathing practice in the afternoon followed by gentle movement and a sound bath to finish.
Anne is a guest instructor for The Courtyard Yoga Retreats in Shillelagh. Anne will be returning to lead a retreat that will combine viniyoga, meditation, breathing techniques, yoga nidra, qi-gong movement, a sound bath and deep relaxation with gentle movement.
