6 week yoga course in Brookmeadow Avoca

This course will combine some gentle Qi Gong movement to help ground, clear and cleanse the body. Yoga practice to explore upper back, hips and spine. ( many different approaches for this over the six weeks ) Using gravity as our main support. Gentle, easy meditation to finish.
